Ten days after the election of a new president, we will go through the program he announced for reforming the public administration, the known and the unknown. We will look at the risks and the opportunities it creates for the public administration and civil servants.

· 2007 -graduate from the engineering school Ecole Centrale Paris and Master of engineering in Operations Research from Cornell University
· 2007-2016 worked at EDF (Électricité de France) and occupied responsibilities as portfolio manager, risk manager, regulation expert and strategy analyst
· since January 2017 student at the National school of administration (ENA)
· currently posted at the French embassy in Moscow (attache)
